🧼 Kennel Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Sanitize indoor puppy pens, whelping areas, and outdoor play spaces using established protocols.

• Prepare and deliver meals to nursing mamas, puppies, and adult dogs.

• Refresh water bowls and clean feeding stations.

🐶 Health Monitoring:

🧹 Laundry & Supply Restocking:

• Wash blankets, towels, and toys.

🐕 Weekly Rotating Tasks (1–2x/week as needed):

• Nail trimming & basic grooming

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stokeshire Designer Doodles Breeding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the breeding process, focusing on female heat schedules, vet checks, stud management, and breeding timelines and outcomes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and quality of our breeding program, ensuring the production of healthy and well-tempered designer doodle puppies.

Responsibilities:

1. Female/Dam Heat Management:

- Track and manage the heat cycles of female breeding dogs.

- Monitor and record signs of heat and determine optimal breeding timing.

- Coordinate with the breeding team to ensure accurate tracking and scheduling.

2. Vet Checks and Health Management:

- Schedule and accompany breeding dogs to veterinary appointments for health screenings and check-ups.

- Maintain accurate records of health tests, vaccinations, and medical history.

- Work closely with the veterinary team to address any health concerns and maintain the overall well-being of breeding dogs.

3. Stud Management:

- Identify and select suitable studs for breeding, considering pedigree, temperament, and health.

4. Breeding Timelines and Outcomes:

1. CEO (Chief Executive Officer):

- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization.

- Develop and execute business plans, setting ambitious goals and objectives.

- Make critical decisions in line with the company's vision and long-term objectives.

2. COO (Chief Operating Officer):
