The same team that shoots Stokeshire's own lifestyle photography and produces its short-form video is available to produce custom, on-brand content for pet-focused companies that need assets that feel authentically placed — not obviously sponsored.
All content is produced on-location in Medford, Wisconsin, featuring real Stokeshire dogs. Licensing is full-usage rights included in the session fee.

All sponsored content, paid placements, and affiliate relationships are disclosed to readers. Stokeshire does not accept payment to suppress a disclosure or remove a disclaimer. This is non-negotiable and applies to all partnership types.

How invoicing
works.
All sponsored content, collaborations, and link insertions are invoiced through our secure website portal or via PayPal. Payments processed through Stripe (via site checkout) or PayPal provide immediate receipts and transaction confirmations.
Agencies and bulk partners receive a single consolidated invoice covering all placements in the order.
Timeline & urgency.
Standard turnaround applies to all placements unless a rush tier is selected at checkout. Rush fees are calculated as a percentage of the placement total — not per item. Every placement receives full editorial review regardless of timeline.

You can request a topic or page category, but final placement is determined by Stokeshire's editorial team based on contextual relevance and reader value. We do not accept anchor-text-directed insertions or placement in specific URLs without review.
We'll return it with specific feedback and one round of revisions. If the content still doesn't meet our standards after revision, the placement fee is refunded minus a $50 editorial review fee. Stokeshire-written posts are not subject to this — we handle the writing internally.
One URL update within the first 90 days is included at no charge. After that, link updates are $25 each. Content edits to the surrounding text are not permitted — the editorial context belongs to Stokeshire.
Placements are non-refundable once published. If a placement has not yet entered production, we'll issue a full refund minus any rush fees already applied. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to marketing@wisconsindesignerdoodles.com.
Blog placements and link insertions are permanent — they remain live as long as the content exists on the site. Instagram Stories expire after 24 hours. Newsletter mentions are delivered once to the subscriber list at time of send. The Preferred Partner Badge runs for one calendar year from activation.
We provide a confirmation email with the live URL once a placement is published. Ongoing traffic or click data is not included in standard placements. Preferred Partner Badge holders and agency bulk partners receive a quarterly performance snapshot as part of their program.
We do not offer exclusivity unless negotiated as part of a Preferred Partner Badge or annual agreement. However, competing brands will never appear on the same page or in the same content piece. Category conflicts are managed editorially.
