- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

7. Counter-Notification
If material you posted has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.
Your counter-notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.

We will provide a copy of any valid counter-notification to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order against the user, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA.

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site, services, or products for any user we determine, in our sole discretion, to be a repeat infringer of our intellectual property or the rights of others.
10. No Waiver of Rights
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Copyright Policy or to pursue every instance of infringement does not constitute a waiver of our rights. We may choose when and how to enforce our rights in alignment with our business and values.
11. Changes to This Copyright Policy
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on our Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
