- All breeder education materials, checklists, blueprints, curricula, training frameworks, and the Stokeshire Method™
- All digital products, downloads, templates, resources, and client handouts
- All website layouts, interface designs, and visual arrangements (trade dress)
- All source code, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related structures
- All trademarks, service marks, business names, and logos associated with our brands
All content is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and related laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in our Terms of Use or a written agreement signed by us.
Subject to our Terms of Use, you may access and view our publicly available content for personal, non-commercial use only. This limited permission does not authorize you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, nor to use it to build competing breeder programs, courses, or digital products.
Without prior written consent, you may not directly or indirectly:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or transmit any portion of our content in any medium
- Screenshot, screen-record, or capture our website pages, galleries, copy, or layouts to share on social media, websites, or messaging apps
- Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, or other content that scrolls through, records, or visually displays our website, images, copy, or curriculum
- Use our images or videos in your own advertising, breeder page, or marketing materials
- Use our copy — including headlines, FAQs, policy language, or curriculum structure — as the basis for competing products, courses, or breeder programs
- Remove or alter any watermark, copyright notice, credit line, or brand attribution
- Use our content to create AI training datasets, prompts, or AI-generated derivative content that imitates or reproduces our work
- Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit our content
We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Unauthorized use may result in DMCA takedown requests, social media removals, account blocks, and civil legal claims for damages.
If you purchase photography, branding, or other creative services from us, your rights to use those deliverables are governed by your specific contract, invoice, or written license agreement. Unless expressly granted otherwise in writing, you receive a limited license for personal use (portrait clients) or agreed commercial use (business clients). You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the images or creative work to third parties for their own use
- Use the work in templates, preset packs, or educational courses
- Claim authorship or remove our copyright from metadata or credit lines
We actively protect our intellectual property. If you discover our images, text, or other content being used without permission — on another breeder's website, social media profile, or course — we welcome your help in reporting it.
Please email us at hello@wisconsindesignerdoodles.com with the URL(s) where the infringing content appears, any screenshots or proof of use, and your contact information.

hello@wisconsindesignerdoodles.com
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also contact the posting user to provide an opportunity to respond.
If your material has been removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it previously appeared (e.g., the specific URL)
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent
We will forward any valid counter-notification to the original complainant. Unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an order against you, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA timeline.
We regularly enforce our rights on social media platforms. If you post Reels, videos, or other content that uses our images, scrolls our website, or otherwise reproduces our content without permission, we may file DMCA notices directly with those platforms, request removal or disabling of the content, and block or restrict future collaboration or business with you.
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website, services, or products for any user we determine, in our sole discretion, to be a repeat infringer of our intellectual property or the rights of others.
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Copyright Policy or to pursue every instance of infringement does not constitute a waiver of our rights. We choose when and how to enforce our rights in alignment with our business and values.
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on our site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
