Disclosures
All product and company names referenced on this website are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of any third-party name does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by that company.
Stokeshire does maintain active partnerships with select brands and uses these products and services directly within our breeding and whelping program. Any such relationship is disclosed where relevant.
Stokeshire participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
At no additional cost to you, we may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase using one of our links. We only recommend products we would use ourselves — our editorial standards are not influenced by affiliate arrangements.
While Doodle breeds are commonly described as hypoallergenic, there is no scientific guarantee that any dog is completely free of allergens. Individual reactions vary significantly, and no breeder can promise that a dog will not trigger an allergic response in a specific person.
Stokeshire uses the term "hypoallergenic" with caution. Our dogs may produce fewer allergens than some other breeds, but we cannot ensure that they will be suitable for every allergy sufferer. Families with known sensitivities are encouraged to spend time with our dogs before making a commitment.
Predicting the adult size of a puppy is an inherently complex and uncertain process. Any size estimate provided by Stokeshire — verbal or written — is an approximation intended as a general planning reference only, not a guarantee.
Size is influenced by a combination of genetic factors from both parent lines, environmental conditions during early development, generation (F1, F1B, multigen), and the interaction of multiple breed backgrounds in designer crossbreeds. These variables cannot be controlled or predicted with certainty.
Stokeshire cannot guarantee or warrant the adult size, weight, or height of any puppy. Families for whom adult size is a critical factor are strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed veterinarian, who can evaluate the individual puppy and apply their clinical experience to provide a more informed estimate.
Every puppy is unique. Breed, size, temperament, and individual development all influence training outcomes. While the Doodle School program is designed to provide structured early-life formation, foundational routine, and emotional regulation, Stokeshire makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or behavioral results.
Puppies mature at different rates and respond to training methods differently. Even after completing a full program, ongoing daily reinforcement is required for continued progress. Training is a lifelong commitment — Doodle School equips you and your dog with a strong foundation, but the work does not end at graduation.
Stokeshire Designer Doodles uses Squarespace Digital Receipts as the mechanism for contracts and agreements. Digital signatures issued through this system are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Wisconsin Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Wisconsin UETA).
Record Keeping
Upon completing a transaction, you receive a Squarespace Digital Receipt that serves as both proof of agreement and a digitally executed copy. All parties are required to receive this receipt. It constitutes the fully executed record of your agreement with Stokeshire.
DATCP Compliance
Stokeshire Designer Doodles operates in compliance with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) Home Dog Seller Licensing regulations. Our digital signature process is structured to satisfy DATCP documentation requirements for licensed dog sellers in Wisconsin.
