All governing policies for Stokeshire Designer Doodles are documented here. By submitting a deposit, purchasing a puppy, or using this website, you agree to the terms below. Both documents are legally binding under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and Wisconsin UETA.

Purchase Agreement
By proceeding, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Stokeshire reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason — including if a family is determined not to be a suitable match for a puppy in our program.
We offer puppies and related services — including Doodle School, Bootcamp, private lessons, Stay & Train Refresher stays, transport, and boarding — based on availability. While we strive to meet family preferences, we cannot guarantee specific size, coat type, color, markings, temperament outcomes, pickup timelines, or maturity readiness.
All puppy descriptions, projected timelines, and anticipated traits are estimates subject to natural variation. We may limit or decline placements based on geography, household fit, or breeder discretion.
- Deposits are $500 + applicable tax and non-refundable after confirmed breeding (live cover or AI documented by veterinary or breeder records)
- Deposits placed after a litter has been born are immediately non-refundable
- Sales tax is non-refundable and remitted directly to the State of Wisconsin
- Remaining puppy balance is due at least 72 hours prior to your go-home date — failure to pay may result in forfeiture of deposit and placement
- A 3% card processing fee applies only to travel invoices (flight nanny and ground transport). No card processing fee applies to puppy deposits or puppy balances.
Private lessons and Stay & Train Refresher stays are Stokeshire services delivered by Stokeshire's contracted trainers. They are available to every Stokeshire family and are purchased in advance through our checkout.
Private lessons.
- Stokeshire confirms your trainer and session time after purchase. A trainer preference is honored subject to availability.
- Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed session, or one canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, is forfeited.
- Three-Session Plans must be used within 90 days of purchase. Sessions not used within 90 days expire.
- Virtual lessons require your own internet connection and a phone or computer with a camera.
Stay & Train Refresher stays.
- Stays are billed per day with a three-day minimum. Drop-off and pickup days are both billed.
- A pickup later than the scheduled date is billed at $200 per day.
- Each dog must be current on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper and parvovirus, and Bordetella; current on flea and tick prevention; comfortable in a crate; free of any history of aggression toward people or dogs; and, for females, not in season.
- A signed stay agreement is required before drop-off and governs the stay.
- Stays are scheduled when no young puppy cohort is in the trainer's home.
Stokeshire trainers use humane, age-appropriate methods only. Electronic, prong, pinch, and choke collars are not used on any Stokeshire dog.
Selection appointments are scheduled in official waitlist order. All selections are provisional until checkout is complete.
Stokeshire retains Breeder's Choice — we may hold back any puppy for our breeding program, guardian home placement, health or medical considerations, or therapy and service animal placement.
We reserve the right to skip, delay, or reassign a family's selection if they are unresponsive, miss deadlines, or are determined to be unsuitable for the available puppy at time of selection.
Stokeshire uses intentional breeding practices informed by Embark genetic testing and Volhard temperament assessment. We cannot, however, guarantee specific outcomes related to adult size or weight, coat texture or curl pattern, color or markings, temperament or behavioral outcomes, or shedding level and allergen tolerance.
By placing a deposit, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as inherent to living animals.
The following policies are each legally binding and govern the relevant aspect of your relationship with Stokeshire.
Stokeshire may link to third-party websites or service providers, including outside transport services and nutrition partners. We are not liable for their content, performance, quality, or claims. Use of any third-party service is at your discretion and subject to that provider's own terms.
Training purchased from Stokeshire, including Doodle School, Bootcamp, private lessons, and Stay & Train Refresher stays, is a Stokeshire service delivered by Stokeshire's contracted trainers and is not a third-party service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. All legal claims or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Taylor County, WI. By accepting these Terms, you agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating litigation, reimburse Stokeshire for reasonable attorney's fees if we prevail, and contact us in writing before pursuing any chargeback or payment dispute.
By using this website, submitting a deposit, or purchasing a puppy or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; that you accept all incorporated policies as legally binding; and that you understand this agreement is enforceable under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and Wisconsin Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Terms of Use
This policy applies to all interactions with Stokeshire Designer Doodles, including our websites and landing pages, our client app, Stokeshire Companion, at app.wisconsindesignerdoodles.com (including legacy client-portal media hosted by Glide), puppy applications, reservations, purchases and training enrollments, AI-powered tools including our ChatGPT assistant and ElevenLabs voice agent, and all email, SMS, and social media communications.
We collect name, email address, phone number, and mailing address; application and lifestyle information submitted through our forms; transaction and billing details processed through Stripe or PayPal; device, browser, and analytics data; audio data from interactions with our ElevenLabs voice assistant; Stokeshire Companion account information and puppy program records, including basic Google profile information if you choose Google Sign-In (see Section 03); and legacy client-portal media stored with Glide, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.

Stokeshire Companion, at app.wisconsindesignerdoodles.com, is our client app for Stokeshire families enrolled in our training programs and services (Doodle School, Bootcamp, private lessons, and Stay & Train Refresher stays), and for Stokeshire trainers and staff. It holds each enrolled dog's program record: training logs, milestone assessments, trainer observations, photos, videos, and go-home materials, along with basic account details. A family's access to the record continues after homecoming.
Google user data. If you choose Google Sign-In, Companion requests only your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We use this information solely to verify your identity, create and maintain your Companion account, and connect you to your family's puppy records. It is stored with our authentication and database provider, Supabase, while your account remains active. Companion does not read, post to, or change anything else in your Google account, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not sell or transfer it, except to the service providers that operate Companion on our behalf or where required by law. Email and password sign-in is also available.
Stokeshire Companion's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see a puppy's record. The family, Stokeshire staff, and the trainers who deliver Stokeshire training programs.
Your choices. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your Companion account and its information by emailing hello@wisconsindesignerdoodles.com, subject to records we are required by law to keep. You may also remove Companion's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing access stops Google sign-in; it does not delete information we already hold, which you may ask us to delete.
Your information is used exclusively to process puppy purchases, deposits, and waitlist applications; provide training programs, post-placement support, and client communications; improve our services, website experience, and security; operate AI-powered features; and comply with applicable legal obligations under Wisconsin and federal law.
Stokeshire uses OpenAI (ChatGPT) and ElevenLabs to power AI-assisted support features. Interactions may be processed by their respective platforms. AI responses are informational only, may contain errors, and do not constitute veterinary, legal, or medical advice.

We do not sell personal information. We may share data solely to deliver our services with: Stripe and PayPal (payment processing); Supabase (Stokeshire Companion database and sign-in); Vercel (Stokeshire Companion hosting); Resend (account and program email); Google (Google Sign-In, if you choose it, and Google Analytics for website analytics); Glide (legacy client-portal media); OpenAI and ElevenLabs (AI features); shipping and transport providers; and the trainers who deliver Stokeshire training programs.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We employ commercially reasonable safeguards including SSL encryption and access controls to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
For EU residents, we process personal data under the following lawful bases: contract necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request deletion of your data. You may lodge complaints with your local data protection supervisory authority.
California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. We do not sell personal data and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request, contact us at hello@wisconsindesignerdoodles.com.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect international data transfers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Stokeshire Designer Doodles arising from or related to this policy shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
