By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), purchasing our products or services, or interacting with our content on any platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

  • All trademarks, service marks, brand names, and logos, whether registered or unregistered

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, no license or rights are granted to you in or to any intellectual property owned or controlled by us.

5. Limited Personal License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

You may view pages, read content, and, where expressly permitted, download resources for your own personal use. This license does not permit you to replicate, copy, or compete with our offerings or to use any content for your own business, breeding program, course, or digital product unless you have our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not directly or indirectly:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site in any form without our prior written consent.
  • Screenshot, screen-record, or capture our Site or content for the purpose of reposting, publishing, or using it in social media, breeder marketing, courses, or training materials.
  • Create Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube shorts, or similar content that scrolls through or displays our website pages, galleries, photographs, or written content without our written permission.
  • Use, adapt, or reverse-engineer our code, layouts, sales funnels, curriculum structure, or program frameworks to create competing or derivative offerings.
  • Use our content to train AI models, content generators, or prompt libraries, or to create derivative AI content that imitates or reproduces our work.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, watermark, or proprietary legend on our content.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or any systems used to deliver the Site.

Any prohibited use automatically terminates your license to access the Site and may subject you to legal action.

7. Client & Customer Use of Images and Content

Clients who purchase photography, design services, training, or breeding-related products from us may receive a limited license as described in their specific contract, invoice, or agreement. That license will govern how they may use images or materials they purchase.

Unless expressly granted in writing, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or give away our images or digital products
  • Use images or content for stock, templates, or third-party products
  • Remove our watermark or copyright notice unless rights are expressly granted

8. User-Generated Content & Testimonials

If you submit testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing, testimonial, and promotional purposes in any media, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

9. Digital Products, Courses, and Breeder Resources

All digital products, including breeder checklists, curricula, courses, blueprints, and training materials, are for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use only unless otherwise stated in writing. You may not share access credentials, resell, or redistribute these materials.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, all sales are generally final unless otherwise specified at checkout or in a specific written agreement.

10. No Professional Advice

Our content may include information related to dog breeding, training, health, nutrition, business strategy, or marketing. This information is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before acting on any information from the Site.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites and do not endorse them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

12. Social Media & Content Sharing Policy

You may share links to our publicly available pages and posts on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you:

  • Do not alter or crop our images to remove watermarks or branding
  • Do not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement without our written consent
  • Include proper credit and a clickable link back to our Site where possible

You are not permitted to record or scroll through our Site in real-time and upload that content as your own Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, or other social content without our written permission.

13. Copyright Infringement & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our Site in a way that constitutes infringement, or if you discover unauthorized use of our content elsewhere, please review our Copyright Policy for procedures and contact information for submitting a Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") notice.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes are effective when posted to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
