To help us make the best possible match for your family, this application is intentionally thorough — but also designed to be simple. It typically takes 7–10 minutes to complete, and you can select “Not Sure” anytime if you’d like our team to guide you. Most families complete it on their phone; each step is clear, streamlined, and easy to navigate.
