Puppy Pricing Overview
Our puppies are individually priced based on size, coat type, color, eye color, and furnishings.
Unfurnished & toy-sized puppies may carry a premium.
A $500 deposit secures your puppy and is applied toward the final price.
Most puppies range from $3,500–$5,500, depending on markings and rarity.

Your reservation fee holds your place in line for our carefully planned litters. It does not guarantee a specific puppy. Our priority is pairing families with puppies that fit their lifestyle and goals, based on our expert evaluation. We reserve the exclusive right to guide and make final placement decisions to ensure the highest welfare of our puppies and long-term satisfaction of our clients.

🐶 Step 3: Review & Bookmark Your Litter Page
🔶 After approval, visit our Upcoming Litters Page and bookmark your chosen litter’s page — this is your primary hub for all updates.
🔶 Each litter page is updated in real time with photos, heat cycles, breeding dates, pregnancy confirmation, selection schedules, and go-home information.
🔶 Please note: We do not send emails for every small update or timeline shift. Because dates can change quickly based on biology, the litter page will always be the most accurate and up-to-date source of information.
🔶 We do send occasional major-milestone emails (e.g., confirmed pregnancy, birth announcements), but families are responsible for checking their litter page regularly.
💰 Step 4: Secure Your Spot with a Deposit
🔶 A deposit is required to reserve your place on our official waitlist.
🔶 Puppy selection order is determined by deposit receipt date (first-come, first-serve).
🔶 You may place deposits on multiple litters of interest. ($500 each.)
🔶 Deposits go toward your total puppy purchase and are subject to a 10% refund fee & non-refundable taxes.

Breeding = the moment we complete AI or live cover, not when pregnancy is confirmed.
🐾 Step 5: Puppy Selection Process
🔶 After Breeding / Conception:
Once we have moved forward with breeding — whether by AI or live cover, meaning conception has occurred — your deposit becomes non-refundable, but it may still be transferred to another future litter within our program if needed.
🔶 Pick of the Litter (POL) Option:
Guarantees early or first choice on a litter.

🔶 Selection Timing:
Puppy picks take place at approximately 6+ weeks of age, after temperament testing, in priority order, via private virtual Google Meet (or in-person if arranged for POL families).
Final puppy placements are at the discretion of Stokeshire to ensure best fit for each puppy’s temperament and your family’s needs.

✔ POL Fee → Gives early pick order, is separate, non-refundable, and does NOT reduce the final puppy price
📲 Step 6: Stay Connected with Updates
🔶 Bookmark your litter page — it’s your main hub for all updates, including new photos, milestones, vet visits, and important dates.
🔶 We’ll also send occasional emails for big milestones like confirmed pregnancies or birth announcements.

🛍️ Step 7: Final Selection & Payment
🔶 Once your virtual puppy selection meeting is complete, you will:
✔️ Gain access to the Available Puppies Page
✔️ Select & pay for your puppy in full
✔️ Indicate your pickup date & sign your online contract
✔️ Receive an invoice for any additional services (transport, training, etc.)
✔️ Be sure to purchase all the necessary products for success!
💡 You have 72 hours to complete your selection before we move to the next person on the list.
🎓 Step 8: Training & Pickup
🔶 If you’ve selected a training package, your puppy will start our STOKESHIRE DOODLE SCHOOL at 6-8 weeks and graduate at 10-12 weeks.

Deposits are 90% refundable only if cancellation is requested before breeding has been confirmed. Once breeding has occurred, deposits become fully non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

Your deposit remains non-refundable, but it will be automatically transferred to the next available litter of equal or higher quality. This ensures you keep your place in line.

Preferences are not guaranteed. If your ideal match is not available at Selection Day, you may transfer your deposit one time within 24 months to another Stokeshire litter.

Dual reservations with other breeders are not grounds for a refund. Your Stokeshire deposit remains non-refundable once breeding has occurred, even if you choose another breeder’s puppy.

Because Stokeshire operates on a first-come, first-paid system, each litter has its own independent reservation list.
If you transfer your reservation to another litter, you will be added to that litter’s list based on the date your new transfer is processed, not your original deposit date.For this reason, many families place deposits on multiple litters they are interested in. Every deposit serves as a credit toward your future puppy, and unused deposits can be transferred within 24 months.

This is normal and part of natural canine biology.
In these cases, your reservation simply moves forward to the next cycle or you may transfer to a different litter. No refund is issued, but your spot and priority remain protected. -
Occasionally, reproductive timing or veterinary recommendations may require us to adjust the stud for the best outcome.
Your reservation remains valid for the litter, and your priority does not change. -
Once we proceed with a breeding, significant time, expense, and planning have already occurred — including progesterone testing, stud fees, reproductive management, and litter scheduling.
For this reason, reservation fees become non-refundable after breeding is completed.
