By default, all Stokeshire Puppies are sold with a Spay/Neuter Contract that is legally binding. In addition to this, an extra contract from us is required if you wish to breed your puppy at any point in the future. BREEDING RIGHTS CONTRACT

This Breeding Rights Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Stokeshire Designer Doodles ("Breeder") and [Breeding Rights Holder], on this ____ day of __________.

1. Breeding Rights Grant:

• Breeder grants exclusive breeding rights to the dog named [Dog's Name], registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) as [AKC Registration Number], to the Breeding Rights Holder.

• Either party may terminate this Contract upon written notice if there is a breach of any provision contained herein.
