What are Golden Mountain Doodles

Are there any mini Golden Mountain Doodles? Yes, it is possible to breed mini versions of this breed. This mini version weighs about 15 kg and is about 22 inches high. The miniature ones are the product of mini Bernedoodle and miniature Goldendoodle.

This type of dog is non-shedding but not totally hypoallergenic so just be wary if you have allergies to dogs and its saliva. Since this crossbred has genes from Bernese Mountain Dogs which are known to live for about 8 years, a 10-year lifespan for a Golden Mountain Doodle is long enough. Gastric torsion is considered one of the common health issues for Bernese Mountain Dogs. Pet owners should be wary of the symptoms of bloating such as rapid breathing, drooling or frothing, retching, or having a swollen abdomen. In contrast to Bernese Mountain Dogs which are known for having short lifespans, Poodles, on the other hand, are known to have long lifespans which can reach about 14-15 years. 

Another downside of having this breed is that since it’s a combination of three breeds, judging how long its life expectancy is difficult to determine
