RESERVATION FEE:
A reservation fee of $500 + tax secures your spot on the list for any of our litters. This fee is one-time and transferable to a future litter if needed.
REFUNDABILITY:
Until the listed conception date, 90% of the reservation fee is refundable upon cancellation.
In accordance with state regulations and tax laws governing our business operations as State Licensed breeders in Wisconsin, any sales taxes paid on deposits are considered part of the transaction and are non-refundable. This includes any applicable state and local taxes collected at the time the deposit is made.
NONREFUNDABLE AFTER CONCEPTION:
After the litter's conception date, the reservation fee becomes nonrefundable, ensuring proper planning for the litter's arrival.
TRANSFERABILITY:
While nonrefundable after conception, the fee is transferable to another litter within our program.
