Stokeshire Digital Gift Certificate — Terms & Conditions

This Stokeshire Digital Gift Certificate (“Gift Certificate”) is issued by Stokeshire Designer Doodles and is valid solely for use toward Stokeshire products and services, subject to the terms below.

Digital Delivery
This is a 100% digital product. No physical certificate will be mailed. Purchasers may print or digitally share the certificate at their discretion.

No Cash Value
Gift Certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged.

Expiration
Gift Certificates do not expire.

Eligible Uses
Gift Certificates may be applied toward:

• Puppy reservation deposits

• Puppy purchase balances

• Training programs

• Transport services

• Other offerings available through the Stokeshire store

All uses are subject to availability and current program terms.

Deposit & Reservation Policies
When a Gift Certificate is applied toward a puppy reservation deposit, it becomes subject to Stokeshire’s Deposit, Refund, and Reservation Policy, including but not limited to:

• Deposits becoming non-refundable once breeding has occurred

• One-time transferability to a future litter within 24 months, subject to availability

• No guarantee of puppy placement, pairing, or timeline

Applying a Gift Certificate does not alter or override existing Stokeshire policies.

Gifting & Transfer of Existing Deposits
Gift Certificates may be used as a method to gift or transfer an existing Stokeshire deposit under the following conditions:

• Deposits may be gifted or transferred one time

• The recipient must be approved by Stokeshire

• All standard policies continue to apply

• No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used deposit credits

Scholarship Use
At Stokeshire’s discretion, a Gift Certificate or deposited funds may be applied as a scholarship awarded in the purchaser’s or donor’s name to a family aligned with Stokeshire’s mission.
Scholarship placement, recipient selection, and timing are solely determined by Stokeshire to ensure ethical, family-first placement.

Recipient Approval
All puppy placements, transfers, and scholarships require recipient approval by Stokeshire. Stokeshire reserves the right to decline placement if a recipient is not deemed a suitable match for the program.

Non-Transferable for Resale
Gift Certificates may not be resold, advertised for resale, or transferred for commercial purposes.

Lost or Misused Codes
Stokeshire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift codes. Treat codes as cash equivalents.

Right to Modify or Refuse
Stokeshire reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or limit use of a Gift Certificate in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of program terms.

Governing Law
All Gift Certificates are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Stokeshire’s existing Terms of Service.
