This concierge veterinary service prepares your puppy for interstate transport and provides the documentation generally required for travel.

What This Package Includes

Veterinary Wellness Examination
Your puppy receives a full physical exam by a licensed veterinarian to assess overall health and fitness for travel.

Interstate Health Certificate (CVI)
A Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by a USDA-accredited veterinarian.
This document certifies that your puppy:

• was examined by a USDA-accredited veterinarian

• showed no visible signs of infectious disease at the time of inspection

• meets the documentation requirements for interstate travel

This certificate is required by most states and airlines.

Vaccination Verification
If your puppy is due for vaccines prior to travel, they may receive:

• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) booster

• Rabies vaccination (if age appropriate)

All vaccinations are documented in your puppy's health records.

Travel Clearance Review
